What happens next?
To develop a HACCP plan, you must adhere to the seven principles, which include conducting a hazard analysis, identifying critical control points, establishing monitoring procedures for these points, implementing corrective actions, setting up verification procedures to ensure the effectiveness of the HACCP system, and maintaining thorough documentation of all procedures and records related to these principles and their application.

This comprehensive process involves various investigative techniques, including interviews with your management team, analysis of your systems, and discussions with non-management staff to assess their understanding of relevant policies and procedures. These measures are essential to ensure that your food safety management plan or HACCP management plan is functioning as intended.
Unlike ISO certifications there are no surveillance or recertification audits. Your HACCP certification will last for one year and if you wish to renew it, you will be required to undertake another HACCP audit.
We will communicate with your current certification body to transfer all necessary information, and then proceed with your next audit without any hassle on your end.
